This is Shannon Dinelle Collins. The Tampa Police Department arrested her three minutes before midnight Saturday at the Days Inn Tampa Airport-Stadium at 2522 N. Dale Mabry Highway.
The cops booked her into Hillsborough County Jail on charges of prostitution, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. They list her employer as “self-employed.”
