Meet Kevin Mapes, a man whose moral compass might be slightly demagnitized.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mapes Sunday, along with an alleged accomplice. They say he burglarized a car and a couple of homes.
The fishwrapper tell us that he plays by a different set of rules. Specifically, according to the cops, Mapes said there is nothing morally wrong with stealing from unlocked homes and vehicles.
In other words, “you snooze, you loose” makes good law in Mapes’ world.
